  • Replies are typically within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and credits are valid for 30 days.

My goal is to give you the clearest and most practical answer possible, not just a quick reply.

Your support time is used when I respond on Voxer.

4. What if my question is too big for the free clinic?

The free clinic works best for quick questions or second opinions.

If your issue needs deeper diagnosis or review (for example analysing a landing page or campaign), Voxer support ensures we have enough time to properly work through it.

5. How long do my Voxer support credits last?

Support credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

This gives you plenty of time to send your question and follow up if needed.

6. What should I include when I send my question?

The more context you provide, the better guidance I can give.

Helpful things to include are:

• screenshots
• what you're trying to achieve
• what you've already tried

7. Can I ask more than one question?

Yes — as long as you have support time remaining, you can send follow-up questions.

Your remaining time simply decreases based on the length of my replies.

8. What if I’m not sure which support package I need?

Most people choose the 45-minute Marketing Fix option, which provides enough time to properly diagnose most marketing problems.

If your question is smaller, the Quick Fix option is usually sufficient.
