For example, a 3-minute voice reply uses 3 minutes of your support time.
Depending on the question, responses may include voice messages, text replies, custom screen recordings, or annotated graphics.
Replies are typically within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and credits are valid for 30 days.
You can ask about anything related to your marketing — including website conversions, lead generation, advertising campaigns, messaging, landing pages, or email marketing.
If something in your marketing isn’t working the way you expected, that’s usually a good question to bring.

Yes — as long as you have support time remaining, you can send follow-up questions.
Your remaining time simply decreases based on the length of my replies.
